Principal, Product Owner – Supply Chain Management Autonomation

Who We Are?

The SCMA PMO team is responsible for Supply Chain related product mgmt. to enable the supply chain planning including procurement, inbound planning and master data governance. To fulfill the various customer demand by D+1 or even in 6 hrs, our supply chain network covers hundreds of fulfillment nodes, Millions of SKUs across FMCG, Electronics, Leisure, Apparels, etc... Our mission is to optimize supply chain to guarantee the product availability and inventory health for the retail business to secure the business growth.

How We Do It?

We observe the day-to-day supply chain operations and challenges, incorporate with Data Science, engineering, retail and fulfillment partners to manage the product roadmap, launch the products, and iterate the products to keep improving efficiency of our supply chain.


  • Work with key stakeholders to define inventory management processes and automation goals

  • Dive Deep into challenging problems in SCM and propose systematic solutions

  • Align with leadership and stakeholders on input KPIs for measuring success

  • Prioritize product roadmap to achieve company targets and team KPIs

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in SCM

  • Relevant experience in technology or tech product management

  • Analytical thinker with experience solving SCM problems

  • Effective written and spoken communication skills in English

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. / MBA a plus

  • Experience extracting data using SQL

  • Experience implementing ERP; SAP MM module.
