The eCommerce FP&A Team is in charge of all financial planning and analysis aspects of Coupang’s customer-facing online businesses. Partnering closely with the business teams we create annual Plan, forecast updates, outlooks, reporting and top notch financial analysis and modeling to drive both top and bottom line. We set ambitious goals and help achieving those through closely monitoring performance and making recommendations based on deep-dive variance analysis.
The CMG FP&A Director will be the finance business partner of the general manager of the advertising business and lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis. He/She will build and develop a team in order to support the aggressive growth plans in an optimal way.
What are the 4 things you need this person to do?
- Create annual Plan, forecast updates, outlooks, reporting in close collaboration with business teams
- Monitor closely business performance
- Develop action-oriented recommendations to drive top and bottom line based on various financial analysis to understand drivers of variances, growth, cost, etc.
- Build and lead a finance team that is set up optimally to support aggressive growth plans
- Total 10+ years’ experience in finance (finance department, preferably in tech/online sector; investment banks; accounting firms)
- Expertise in financial modeling and excel
- Familiar with establishing and managing KPIs
- Strong analytical thinking. Be able to start with answer, provide data, and tell the business stories.
- Strong collaboration, communication and business partnering skills
- People and team leader experience
- Self-starter and quick learner
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment and dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
- SQL (NoSQL)
- Finance Qualification (CPA, CMA, etc)
- Fluent English, written and verbal

Document Return Policy
