Role Overview

  • Planning, monitoring various projects of GO(Global Operation) program office from finance & business perspectives, including annual/long-term planning to daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews, bringing total transparency to key business leaders.
  • Be relentless in achieving operational excellence and efficiency in every facet of operations
  • Perform root cause analysis; defining analytical framework, retrieving right data, working with data owners and driving insights for GO Program activities (Fulfillment Center, Logistics)

 

What You Will Do

  • Produce reports on weekly / monthly on key projects on various metrics
  • Provide insights on the root cause analysis for any deviations on the projects
  • Provide analysis on the opportunities to change business processes to meet projects objectives.
  • Build data visibility by working with data team to automate data reports
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for various Go Program activities
  • Lead financial analyses and assess key initiatives
  • Set appropriate goals for business partners, lead data-driven decision making

 

Basic Qualifications

  • BA / BS degree and 2+ years’ experience in Finance or business analysis in SQL for 3~10 years 
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight/recommendations
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
  • Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense with intermediate/expert level with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • English proficiency

 

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in producing reports in Tableau and power BI
  • Direct experience in eCommerce, logistics, or Operations will be a plus but not necessary

Document Return Policy

  • This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
