Role Overview

What You will Do

-Development and Validation of Credit Rating Models

-Establishing the Strategic Direction of the Credit Scoring System (CSS)

-Risk management and ongoing monitoring of credit rating models

-Collaborate with Product Owner, Engineer, Operator, and Business Stakeholder for data-based decision making 


Basic Qualifications

-Over five years of personal credit risk data analysis and modeling experience

-Experience using software for statistical analysis, such as SQL, Excel, Python, and R/SAS.

-Experience in developing and operating a personal credit assessment model using algorithms such as big data and machine learning 

-Experience developing data and insights into concrete and actionable proposals

-Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and clearly orally and in writing 

-A person who thinks quickly and responds in a dynamic and fast-changing environment and acts voluntarily with ownership.

-Ability to solve unformatted problems with excellent critical thinking and delicacy



Preferred Qualifications

-Experience developing and analyzing credit rating models directly based on eCommerce data
