Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day agency management activities
  • Research current industry/market trends and identifies vendor requirements in Recruiting function in a timely manner to recommend optimal solutions
  • Manage multiple vendor relationships with strong ownership: ensuring vendors continue to provide value to the organization by developing vendor scorecards which track, measure, evaluate and report vendor performance
  • Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to help solve invoicing, payments, usage, contractual and workflow related questions on vendor relationships
  • Partner with relevant teams to select new vendors and shepherd them through the onboarding process, including engagement with procurement, legal, compliance, finance and IT teams to ensure MNDAs, MSAs and SOW are completed on time to support requirements
  • Develop and manage various projects related to the vendor management activities as a functional SME and must be able to lead and facilitate meetings with vendors and stakeholders
  • Identify, escalate and establish preventive measures against potential risks in vendor management through ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures

 

Qualifications: 

  • 학사학위 이상
  • 채용, 인사 실무 5년 이상 경력자로 다양한 채용 채널 및 플랫폼 신규 도입 실무자, 벤더 관리 경험이 풍부한 분
  • 영어 커뮤니케이션 우수자 
  • Impeccable communication, ownership and organization skills
  • Proven ability to create strong relationships at multiple levels, internally and externally
  • Track record of performing beyond expectations in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to make decisions to handle multiple tasks within established timeframes maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Fast learner, Technology savvy

 

Preferred:  

  • Experience in using LinkedIn, job boards, recruiting-related IT agencies as a client
  • Sales/ account manager experience in agencies
  • Managerial experience advantageous
