Coupang is seeking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Talent Partner to design an innovative, competitive and data driven talent programs of the company. This Talent Partner will play a critical role in driving Coupang’s high-performance and leadership principle driven culture through cultivating exceptional talents. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving positive change across the function and be willing to learn voraciously, dive deep into the details, demand excellence, move with urgency, and deliver results with grits. This person has deep experience in developing successful talent programs, is a thought-leader, strong collaborator and is motivated by developing top talent. The person will work with employees at all levels of the company.
 
 
Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating scalable talent programs to support and develop talent, strengthening the organization and our people. 
• Strong facilitation skills to influence behavior change in leaders and develop talent across the organization.
• Build and execute robust talent development program, processes and practices that align with Coupang culture and its business needs.
• Provide logistical support for performance management, organizational and individual goal setting, talent review processes and succession planning.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR business partners to drive and ensure the success of the company's talent and performance programs.
• Build and drive successful talent review processes to create succession and development plans.
• In coordination with HR Business Partner and Business leader, develop and implement appropriate interventions for performance improvement. 
• Support the development and roll-out of talent tools and HR systems. (i.e. Workday)
• Ensure talent and performance programs are scalable, compliant and are effectively deployed to the organization.
• Takes a proactive approach to identification and execution of industry best practices and trends. 
• Commit to getting the job done no matter what issues arise.

 
 
Requirement
 
• 10+ years of HR/Talent Management and Organizational Development experience, including direct experience consulting to managers and executives
• Proficient in wide range of consulting techniques (e.g., project scoping, problem diagnosis, intervention, stakeholder mgt, etc)
• Outstanding critical thinking skills, including the ability to conceptualize problems and propose a range of solution
• Proficient working with data, including the ability to derive impactful insights from data and communicate them clearly
• Ability to apply subject matter expertise as a consultant and advisor to business partners
• Client-service orientation with high-performance standards and commitment to delivering on expectations
• Collaborates effectively with individuals from different backgrounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Korean)
