Job Summary

Principal in Employer Branding implement talent acquisition strategies and processes into overall employer branding. This role executes branding and attraction activities in alignment with the strategy and cross functions team to support employer branding concepts, messaging and taglines used to attract top talent.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Interacts with stakeholders to identify the best channel source to post jobs and/or support targeted campaigns
  • Partners with stakeholders to execute employer branding concepts, messaging and taglines to attract top talent
  • Works with Business Units to build integrated campaigns and raise awareness of Coupang as an Employer of Choice
  • Coordination and point of contact for recruitment social media platforms.
  • Manage the vendor relationships to successfully launch the campaign/projects
  • Proactively monitors social network activity and identifies trends and priorities that impact candidate and employee experience
  • Ensures regional, consistent, differentiated “voice” across all Coupang’s approved recruiting communities – from LinkedIn, job postings and more
  • Conducts research into the latest techniques, tools, partnerships and practices for recruitment, talent attraction and employer branding, gathers market intelligence and make recommendations
  • Supports execution of employer branding events – planning, coordination of activities with HR teams Prepare talent Attraction / employer branding presentations
  • Track and document budget spend to ensure we stay on track and on budget

 

Qualifications 

  • At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing (or digital marketing/contents marketing) , communications or employer branding
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Strong communication skills in Korean and English
  • Experience negotiating with and managing suppliers to achieve best cost and service outcomes
  • Experience and familiarity with social media channels
  • Excellent networking and relationship management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Effective and efficient time management skills
  • A creative approach to problem-solving
  • A good understanding of the business environment in order to be able to understand event topics that will add value to achievement of recruiting KPI
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
