Job Summary

Senior Employer Branding Copywriter will charge on creating engaging, relevant copy while optimizing employer branding initiatives. This role will work closely with cross functional partners to ensure all content is brand appropriate and candidates friendly. You will produce high-quality output for job communication channel based on an outstanding writing skill. Using your skill set, you will think systematically and establish comprehensive communication plans

 

Roles and Responsibilities

- Set the direction of employer branding communication

- Set up a comprehensive communication plan

- Set tone & manner for an employer branding message

- Understand the mindset of the candidates and write copy that resonates with them

- Collaborate with employer branding specialist and recruiters to create concepts that reflect the needs and brand voice

- Develop effective key messages meeting the needs of recruiting   

- Ability to use storytelling skills for on/offline channels

- Edit, rewrite, and proofread existing copy as necessary

 

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- At least five years of experiences in relevant fields (such as media, PR, marketing or publishing)

- Experience in re-branding and capturing the essence of the voice

- Vocabulary/interpretation skills to explain complicated issues in plain terms

- Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders

- Good understanding of Job boards, social media channels (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

- Proficiency with MS Office applications

- Strong communication skills in Korean and English

 

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working as a copywriter of video production or advertisement agency

- Ability to understand diverse needs of recruiting teams

- Proficiency working in an environment with tight deadlines, and last-minute changes

- Bilingual in Korean and English

- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
