We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for turning data into actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making, and driving business performance. With a strong background in data analytics, visualization tools, and data storytelling, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between raw data and business outcomes. In this role, you will also provide support to key teams, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and HRIS, to help optimize their data-driven strategies and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities that support business objectives.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time insights.
  • Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations/
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by implementing and adhering to data governance practices.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, identifying anomalies and areas for improvement.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend solutions to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
  • Expertise in SQL (complex queries, optimization) and Python/R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to build enterprise-level dashboards.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Databricks) and modern data stack tools (dbt, Apache Airflow).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end analytics projects, from initial requirements to impactful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a knack for building trust with cross-functional teams.
The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.

$132,000 - $155,000 USD
