We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Financial Analyst to join our team at CBCS. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategies that support our company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts to support business planning and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support accounting functions including general ledger maintenance and accounts reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the insurance or claims administration industry.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with financial software systems.
