We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Financial Analyst to join our team at CBCS. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategies that support our company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to drive strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts to support business planning and budgeting processes.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support accounting functions including general ledger maintenance and accounts reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance or claims administration industry.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with financial software systems.
