BCC is currently seeking exceptional candidates for our Benefit Admin Sales Associate role. This position will ultimately transition into a Sales Executive role within 8-12 months after completing necessary development training. Candidate should have 1-2 years progressive sales or client management experience with a benefits administration firm, human capital and/or HR administration firm, channel partner, TPA, carrier or employee benefit brokerage.
This role will focus on helping BCC achieve its aggressive growth goals in a competitive market through the development of strong relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, channel partners, and third-party relationships. Once qualified as a successful Sales Executive, they will be responsible for managing the full sales opportunity lifecycle – from sourcing qualified channel partners, presenting demos, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Develop proposals, attend meetings for product development, and actively contribute to operational initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with HR Directors, effectively communicating our value proposition and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

Sales Growth: Progress from operational tasks to actively contributing to sales efforts, growing your own book of business through proactive prospecting and client acquisition.

Continuous Learning: Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to ask questions, particularly in navigating complex aspects of the business and technical sales processes.

CRM Utilization: Utilize Hubspot CRM to manage client interactions, track progress, and facilitate effective communication within the sales team.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to leverage expertise and resources, ensuring seamless integration with other brokerage firms and maximizing client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and explain value propositions to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings and networking events.
- Previous experience in sales or a technical business role preferred.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace ongoing learning and development.
