Corvus is in high-growth mode and looking for a strong Sourcer or "talent hunter" to add to the flock! This is an exciting new role reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. As a Sourcer at Corvus, you will be tasked with engaging passive talent and building strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles. This is an exciting opportunity to help scale our talent acquisition function and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Identify and attract passive candidates to build strong talent pipelines at the top of the recruitment funnel
Craft strong outreach messages and pitch Corvus to prospective candidates via phone or Google Meet
Provide a strong candidate experience and nurture talent for future opportunities
Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Partners to understand hiring needs and develop create strategies for engaging top talent
Develop inclusive talent sourcing strategies that align with Corvus’ mission and values
Conduct regular sourcing jams within Corvus and serve as a strong company ambassador
2+ year of sourcing experience in an agency or corporate recruiting environment
Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive candidates across multiple roles
Data-driven with the skills to optimize your sourcing strategy based on the data
Familiarity with Greenhouse as the ATS is a plus
Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
