Due to strong growth, this is a newly created position reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. As a key member on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for hiring the best and brightest into Corvus. Using people-first heart-led recruitment methods, you will have the opportunity to help build our talent acquisition function by supporting processes, systems, reporting, and tools, while growing the Corvus flock.
Perform full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments
Use in-depth sourcing strategies to connect with top talent in the insurance and tech spaces, building a bench of talent for roles across the company
Serve as a strong business partner to Corvus Hiring Managers, providing insight into the talent market, presentation of the candidates, and education on the candidate funnel
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the high standards of customer service we deliver to our policyholders and brokers
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer
2+ years of experience identifying and hiring passive candidates in the tech or insurance industry
People-first recruitment style
Data-driven with the skills to optimize your sourcing strategy based on the data
Familiarity with Greenhouse as the ATS is a plus
Ability to keep to up with our pace, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly
