Corvus is looking to hire a Manager of Sales Training & Enablement. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this individual will be responsible for creating the strategy, sales enablement assets, and training needed to increase efficiency and sales performance. Put simply, you’ll be responsible for empowering our Go To Market teams to do their very best work.
Those that will excel in this role will be able to switch fluidly between planning, execution, and iteration. As the insurance landscape continues to shift, so will the needs of our Go To Market teams. Responsibilities

Create and manage all training and enablement content including presentations, product marketing assets, video recordings, training materials, and team-specific curriculums

Partner with Sales Leaders and hiring managers to assess training requirements for new Corvus employees and produce training programs accordingly

Engage directly with Product and Underwriting teams to ensure all new feature updates and rollouts are communicated to Sales and Business Development team members

Manage and assess new tools and technology related to Corvus' Training & Enablement programs such as HubSpot, Confluence, ZoomInfo, etc

Track and measure the impact of training and sales enablement in order to drive continuous improvement

Develop a continuous-improvement program for new-hires that provides them with on-the-job learning opportunties as they grow within the Corvus ecosystem
Qualifications

4+ years of experience working in B2B sales, training, or sales enablement in a high-growth environment

Proven track record of implementing successful training, processes, and workflows

Solution-oriented; the ability to identify training needs and address gaps in the process

Experience with marketing automation and sales platforms (HubSpot preferred)

Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
