Your impact 

As the Director, Enterprise Accounts you will work directly with our corporate enterprise clients to help them realize value from Correlation One workforce development solutions, specifically for data science, AI, and other technical upskilling programs.  This role will manage key accounts, with the objective to grow and develop Correlation One’s existing client portfolio. 

This role is consultative in nature and will help translate client needs into custom program design, will own client business outcomes and renewals, and will proactively nurture accounts to generate upsell and cross sell opportunities. This role will partner with our sales organization and program managers to ensure a full 360 degree support team for our clients.

The ideal candidate brings a dynamic startup background and excels in a dual-role capacity, seamlessly driving accounts as an individual contributor while offering leadership in a collaborative player-coach setting. Exceptional communication skills and a polished executive presence enable you to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders, building extraordinary rapport and delivering compelling client presentations. A proactive self-starter, you thrive on crafting innovative, customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced startup environment. You are results-driven, with a proven history of delivering measurable ROI for Fortune 500 enterprise clients and consistently achieving Net Revenue Retention of 115% or higher.

The role will be a strategic partner to Correlation One’s Executive team.

A day in the life 

  • Manage and develop relationships with tier-1 enterprise corporate clients like Best Buy, Colgate, Johnson & Johnson and others, with the potential to grow into a department leader
  • Develop growth strategies within corporate accounts by building strategic account plans with stakeholder mapping, and proactively identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships 
  • Drive and deliver quarterly business reviews and proposals for external partner executives, and implement a best in class cadence of engagement to build a foundation of trust
  • Build and execute playbooks, processes, and systems to ensure that enterprise customers realize value from Correlation One’s world class workforce development solutions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams both internally and within Content, Product, Marketing, and Operations in order to ideate customized learning experiences
  • Measure and report on key milestones and KPIs related to customer program success 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to scale and streamline core operations 

Your expertise 

  • 10+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or management consulting, with experience managing retention and expansion targets
  • Experience working in start up environments
  • Experience directly managing b2b enterprise relationships, delivering results, and driving profitability through renewals and upsells 
  • Experience leading and delivering senior executive-level business communications, including presentations and proposals
  • Experience coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams 
  • Experience using google suite and CRM software tools (Salesforce preferred) 
  • Experience in AI, technology, data science, education, or workforce development is a plus
  • Leadership/People management experience a plus

  • This role is remote and can be located in Canada and should be compatible with the EST time zone.
  • Correlation One is headquartered in New York City with office space in Midtown Manhattan.
