Your Impact:

The Customer Service Manager will play a key role in providing support for Correlation One’s training program customer service operations. This person will work with the operations team to ensure efficient and detailed responses to all external questions regarding Correlation One’s training programs. The main medium for customer support will be email: this person will manage responses to customer and applicant incoming emails, via Correlation One’s customer service platform.

The ideal candidate will be a strong English communicator, able to execute on multiple requests in a timely and appropriate manner. This person should stay organized and be proactive in finding the right answer for and responding to customer response tickets. 

This is a part-time role to start (~10 hours a week) with potential for growth. The role could develop into a full-time role, should you perform well and company needs grow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming email questions and needs, replying to all, using ZenDesk (Correlation One’s email response platform)
  • Upkeep of frequently asked questions pages and compendiums to reflect current training offerings
  • Create a friendly, professional learning environment by troubleshooting learner needs

Some skills we consider critical to the role: 

  • Proficiency in written English, with the ability to read and write fluently in a professional manner required.
  • Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work well with minimal supervision
  • Care for positive customer experiences and outcomes
  • Preferred – Familiarity with ZenDesk
  • Preferred – Familiarity with Slack and Zoom

Where you are:

This role is remote and may be located anywhere with working hours compatible with EST.

The compensation rate for this position is $10/hour USD.
