Your impact 

The Operation Analyst (OA) collaborates with our Program Managers and assist in the management of Correlation One’s live, online training programs that serve hundreds of students at a time. The OA works with the Business Operations and Curriculum teams, contracted instructors and teaching assistants to complete ad hoc projects to uncover insights about our data and/or digital skills training programs.

The ideal candidate is an excellent project manager and is able to execute simultaneous competing deadlines and tasks involving multiple stakeholders. The OA analyzes program data,  provides support for live class ensuring learners, teaching assistants, instructors, and other stakeholders engage and benefit from the program. The Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting the Program Manager in running a successful admissions process, which includes application setup and launch, applicant pipeline monitoring and reporting, and marketing initiatives, Q&A sessions, and/or any necessary applicant support to ensure strong enrollment. 

A successful Operations Analyst is a quick learner with a strong work ethic who takes initiative and is able to navigate ambiguity productively and patiently.  They have an interest in changing lives through education and a desire to work on larger and/or different programs as we continue to scale. A day in the life 

  • Assist with the preparing  and launch of Correlation One training programs, including application management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional team collaboration, and client communication. 
  • Collaborate with the Product and Operations team to run our business operations, with a focus on our data science and data analytics training programs
  • Create a friendly, professional learning environment by troubleshooting learner needs and responding to all inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Perform anecdotal & statistical analysis on our collected product data to uncover actionable insights across different distribution channels, geographies, and client segments
  • Complete ad hoc projects related to our data science and data analytics training programs
  • Collaborate with internal team to creativity assess and test new products, and build growth strategies
  • Manage the live class operations on Saturdays. Most of the synchronous instruction for our training programs occurs on Saturdays in a “live online” format (e.g., synchronous but delivered fully online). The person in this role would get a day off each week (e.g., Friday or Monday) to offset any Saturday they work.

Your expertise 

  • 0-2 years full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role
  • Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of English language proficiency 
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner
  • Strong customer service ethic, with experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom strongly preferred

Where you are

  • This role is for candidates based in Jordan or LatAm. Working hours should be compatible with the Eastern Time time zone. We are headquartered in New York City and have office space in Midtown Manhattan.

The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets. The range only reflects the base salary and does not reflect bonus, equity or benefits.
