What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a high-performing, self-sufficient Manager to join our Treasury team. This position reports to the Vice President of Treasury and will support strategic initiatives across capital markets and debt facility management and reporting. A high level of ownership and the capacity to develop and document scalable processes will be required. You will partner closely with traditional touch points within Finance and with Corporate Development, Legal, Sales, and external parties to facilitate the company’s rapid growth. Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, possess deep attention to detail, have an unrelenting drive to get to the answer and have the ability to thrive in the ambiguity and open space that comes with a fast-growing organization. Candidates will also be required to have mastery of Excel with excellent modeling and data manipulation skills.
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes for managing CoreWeave’s debt financing programs with a focus on compliance with covenants, reps & warrants, and reporting requirements. Including establishing policies, procedures, and process flows for debt financing programs and daily activities for financing CoreWeave’s growth.
- Effectively manage debt facilities to ensure cash needs, compliance, and reporting requirements are met.
- Help in the negotiation of financing agreements with a focus on covenants and reps & warrants and matched against CoreWeave’s business plan, financial forecasts, and its business operations.
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership while successfully leading through various initiatives and operational workflows with cross-functional teams across the broader Finance organization as well as Sales, Legal, and Ops.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical balance sheet and capital structure issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have developed, implemented, and managed large-scale, cross-functional workstreams. Treasury and Corporate Finance experience is required. Investment banking, private equity, Big-4 accounting, or similar experience is a plus
- Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities. Superior forecasting methods and techniques is a plus
- Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the executive management team.
- Ability to think creatively; Builder who is ambitious. Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Collaboratively focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever-changing business.
- Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics
- Outstanding software and system skills (e.g., master proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a must. Experience in Netsuite, SAP or other ERP is a plus)
- This role is for doers with an extreme level of ownership; those able to get into the details and get the job done while seeing the forest for the trees
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000-$170,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
