CoreWeave is looking for a seasoned Client Director to manage 1-2 strategic global enterprise accounts. This individual will be responsible for driving account growth, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise account management within the hyperscalers, with a proven ability to influence C-level executives and execute complex, multi-year engagements. At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads.
Responsibilities:
- Own the relationship and be the single point of contact for 1-2 strategic global accounts, ensuring consistent value delivery and account growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Solutions Architects, Engineering, Product, and Support, to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions.
- Create and implement detailed account plans focused on driving new revenue, increasing adoption, and optimizing the client’s use of cloud services.
- Regularly engage with key client stakeholders at the executive level to review performance, identify challenges, and ensure strategic alignment.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and expansion discussions to ensure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Drive customer satisfaction and work to resolve escalated issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Travel up to 35% to meet with clients and prospects, attend industry events, and participate in on-site meetings.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with 5+ years managing strategic enterprise accounts, preferably within hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow 1-2 high-value, global enterprise accounts with a focus on long-term, complex engagements.
- Proven track record in developing and executing account strategies to drive adoption, consumption, and expansion of cloud services or SaaS solutions.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology stacks, and how to map customer needs to specific solutions.
- Strong ability to influence C-level executives and key stakeholders to align solutions with their business goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position of $175,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
