As we are rapidly growing our product portfolio are seeking a Lead Product Manager focused on our security story to join our team. This crucial role is designed for individuals passionate about enterprise-grade security who can drive a robust security story across a broad array of services.
As the Lead Product Manager for Security, you will champion the voice of our customers’ security teams within CoreWeave, comprehending their needs, challenges, and ambitions. Your objective will be to devise and execute a product strategy that defines an enterprise-grade posture for CoreWeave that satisfies customers in highly regulated industries, while enhancing rather than hindering developer productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy for security, aligning with market demands and CoreWeave’s strategic goals.
- Advocacy: Represent the voice of multiple customer personas, including CTOs, CISOs, infrastructure engineers, and software developers, synthesizing their needs and translating them into actionable product requirements that improve the security posture of our platform and simplify workflows for developers.
- Product Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of security features, with a focus on usability, integration capabilities, and, of course, security.
- Service Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the end-to-end user experience for CoreWeave’s security features, evolving them as our product portfolio and customer base grow.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, customers needs, and competitive offerings to ensure CoreWeave’s security story enables customers to confidently bring production workloads onto our platforms.
- Performance Metrics: Use metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of our security features, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve the product offering.

- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with security services for enterprise-grade platforms.
- Deep understanding of identity and access management, storage encryption, credential management, and security monitoring.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating product vision and strategy to varied audiences.
- Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to not only make data-informed decisions but also intuitively balance customer benefit and engineering complexity.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, providing a solid foundation in software development and cloud computing principles.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $180,000-$215,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
