To support our rapid growth, we’re seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Product Marketing Manager (Contract).
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will join our dynamic team and propel growth for our product categories. In this strategic role, you'll wear multiple hats: a marketing thought leader, a content champion, and an operational efficiency expert. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing Directors responsible for our priority product categories and the roll out of our technology platform, providing comprehensive marketing support and expertise. Additionally, you'll manage the marketing efforts for Small Parcel, Facilities, Real Estate, Material Handling, Hospitality, Franchise categories, ensuring their efficient and effective representation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Category, Demand Generation, Brand and Communications Marketing Directors to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with corporate and category goals
- Translate complex procurement solutions into clear, concise messaging that resonates with target audiences across all assigned categories
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Develop and manage compelling content across various channels (website, email, digital and social media, events, webinars/podcasts) for all assigned categories
- Manage and prioritize tactical marketing activities, including deck writing, design requests, and content trafficking for all assigned categories, with a focus on efficiency
- Oversee the creation and execution of new sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, emails, AI copy), ensuring ongoing support for the Sales team
- Streamline internal marketing processes, ensuring efficient workflow between internal teams and agency partners
- Analyze marketing performance data (leads, traffic, conversion, revenue) to identify optimization opportunities across all categories
- Partner with internal teams (Technology, Brand, Design) to shape the e-commerce platform user experience for all assigned categories
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with a strong focus on thought leadership, content development and operational efficiency
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messaging
- Experience with e-commerce marketing and content strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, 6Sense.) and project management methodologies
- A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and optimize marketing performance metrics
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and demonstrates strong organizational skills
- Experience with category product marketing (small parcel, facilities, real estate, material handling, hospitality, franchise) preferred
- A passion for procurement solutions and their impact on businesses preferred
