Due to growth we have an exiting opportunity for a Channel Partner Success Manager to join our team at Coretex. Our Channel Partner Success Manager will take ownership for ensuring highly successful post sales customer journey for end customers serviced by our Channel Partner relationships in North America.
This role is for a seasoned Channel Partner Success Manager to lead and develop our customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty and ensure customers are satisfied with the services they receive. This role will see you regularly engaging with customers, maximizing post-sales solutions and value add while creating strategies to grow our customer base.
We are looking for an experienced customer centric individual who is action orientated, inquisitive, able to build relationships quickly and has exceptional relationship and communication skills.
