Come and join our team at Coretex as our new Customer Services Team Lead!

As our Customer Services Team Lead you will be leading a team that provides high level Customer service to our New Zealand and Australian customers, so they have the best technology and experience possible! Reporting into our Operations Manager you will be part of a high performing team.

We are looking for a Customer Services Team Lead that has experience working across commercial, technical, and operational dimensions to extract the best performance and delivery of customer outcomes on behalf of Coretex. You will be focused on improving customer satisfaction, maximising customer operational performance by providing helpdesk resources and technical advice along with leading and mentoring a team. This role is all about servicing customers, leading from the front and being the liaison for your team and other departments.

To succeed in the role you will be motivated, customer focused and quick to learn and able to multitask and in return we will provide full training and onboarding.  Above all you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with leadership experience.
