Summary Description: The Surveillance Exercise Coordinator manages the surveillance and role player support for a Customer program. They manage surveillance performance, scheduling, staffing, and travel. This position entails additional support activities, such as infrastructure and equipment procurement. This position includes 20-40% travel.
Responsibilities:
Manages staffing and scheduling for surveillance roleplayers in support of training programs.
Procures and manages infrastructure across the US in support of training programs.
Oversees and ensures the successful travel of roleplayer personnel.
Provides oversight and management of practical exercises in support of training programs of instruction.
Ensures aspects of training course planning and preparation are professional and to the highest standards, to including staffing, classroom preparation, infrastructure management and equipment orders.
Provides occasional instruction in surveillance operations.
Interviews and hires independent contractor personnel in support of Core One training programs.
Requirements:
5 Years’ Experience in surveillance operations.
Understanding of surveillance methodologies, communications methods, and types.
Ability to multi-task across fast-paced training environments.
Attention to detail is required.
Strong Microsoft Office skills is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance.
BS/BA (or equivalent experience).
Desired Skills:
Experience as a surveillance team leader is desired.
