Core One seeks an experienced Operations Specialist (Levels 2 to 4) to support the US Government in the Northern Virginia area. The candidate will be responsible for supporting collection activities, conducting reviews, providing guidance and talking points, and managing partner relationships. Candidates should have a strong record of achievement in the US intelligence community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform the full range of case management and desk responsibilities, including providing guidance, performing reviews, writing talking points and requirements. - Manage foreign partner relationships. - Prepare budgets and manage administrative plans. - Prepare reports for senior executives. - Manage and track projects. - Conduct research and analysis on behalf of the customer. - Prepare and present briefings and participate in meetings with senior officials.
REQUIRED SKILLS - Minimum of 3 years total experience conducting the tasks in primary responsibilities. - Demonstrated experience with customer case management and with customer messaging system
DESIRED SKILLS - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in accounting, business, economics or finance (preferred) or demonstrate strong understanding of global finance through experience or knowledge (Required for Level 3 and above or demonstrated understanding of global finance through experience or knowledge of at least one of the following topics: financial institutions; how money is transferred worldwide; and threat finance topics as published in USG and IC products). - Experience working with/managing foreign partner relationships and repeated interaction with foreign partners (Required for Level 3 and above). - Minimum of 1 year of experience providing training or giving presentations to foreign partners (Required for Level 4).
