JCITA (Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy) is a premier institution that offers advanced counterintelligence (CI) training encompassing investigations, operations, collections, analysis, and functional services. Core one is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registrar to join our esteemed team.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the vital work of JCITA. As a Registrar your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our mission by maintaining, updating, and filing registration and academic records for all CI and Security Operations students. Your expertise will ensure that JCITA leadership has the necessary information for informed decision-making based on student records and academic performance.

Responsibilities

  • Student Registration: Perform end-to-end student registration, efficiently managing the process for approximately 2,300 students annually
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain, input, update, and file registration and academic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Formulate data into various reports and graphs as requested by the Government
  • LMS Management: Maintain and update the student Learning Management System, ensuring it remains up-to-date and user-friendly for students and faculty
  • Liaison with Service Training Focal Points: Act as a liaison with service training focal points to identify service training requirements and ensure class quotas are filled in a timely manner
  • Academic Support: Provide JCITA leadership with clear and sufficient information based on student records and academic performance, contributing to well-informed decision-making processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a training academy, college/university environment, or performing administrative management support tasks
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS), demonstrating your proficiency in technology-based student management
  • Excellent oral communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with students, faculty, and various stakeholders
  • The ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical activities simultaneously
  • TS/SCI Clearance
