By making evidence the heart of security, we help customers stay ahead of ever-changing cyber-attacks.

Corelight is the cybersecurity company that transforms network and cloud activity into evidence.  Evidence that elite defenders use to proactively hunt for threats, accelerate response to cyber incidents, gain complete network visibility and create powerful analytics using machine-learning and behavioral analysis tools.  Easily deployed, and available in traditional and SaaS-based formats, Corelight is the fastest-growing Network Detection and Response (NDR) platform in the industry.  And we are the only NDR platform that leverages the power of Open Source projects in addition to our own technology to deliver Intrusion Detection (IDS), Network Security Monitoring (NSM), and Smart PCAP solutions.  We sell to some of the most sensitive, mission critical large enterprises and government agencies in the world.

We are seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and experienced sales enablement expert to lead this function. • Leverage principles of "Command of Message" or similar techniques with an agile, lighter-touch approach.
  • Equip Regional Sales VPs with resources for deal inspection and stage movement discussions.

  • Provide expertise in auditing and organizing existing enablement materials to ensure sellers can quickly locate resources in the field.
  • Design enablement content in a variety of formats to accommodate different learning styles (e.g., video, written guides, interactive tools).
  • Build collaborative, customer oriented relationships with product marketing, technical account managers, sales operations & business leaders to identify gaps in training materials and create what’s missing.

Qualifications:

  • Multiple years (10+) of experience leading, building and scaling global sales programs
  • Experience with, but can take a light touch approach to MEDDPIC or similar sales methodology
  • Strategic and tactical thinker - proven ability to formulate a high level strategy, then convert it into a scalable, tactical plan and execute on that plan
  • Minimum Education of Bachelor’s degree.

 Bonus Points

  • Combination of startup and large company experience is ideal
  • Experience in utilizing modern sales techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, 6Sense and DiSC.
  • Experience with Security software products is a big plus
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Exceptional project management skills, especially major cross functional initiatives

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
