Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, this is a temporary position for a senior manager of Growth Marketing with a proven track record of developing and optimizing digital campaigns for B2B software companies that drive a measurable impact on pipeline creation, funnel acceleration, and closed-won revenue. The ideal candidate will also have experience in social media program management, paid advertising (social, SEM, display, content syndication), Account Based Marketing (ABM), and agency management.
 
This is a remote position.
 
Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for the success of digital marketing campaigns designed for demand generation integrated across ABM, website, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, etc…)
  • Manage the paid advertising (Social, SEM, display, content syndication) and social media (plan, develop, review posts and creative) programs through outside agencies and the Corelight marketing team.
  • Support and contribute to the ABM program development and implementation.
  • Work with the Corelight BDR team to receive and incorporate feedback to improve campaigns and programs.
  • Work closely with the Corelight Brand team on campaign-related creative.
  • Measure and optimize campaigns and programs on a regular basis.
  • Hit and exceed targets for visitors, MQL, campaign influence, conversion rates, and any other metrics that are developed
Skills And Qualifications
  • 5+ years relevant experience at the manager level or equivalent running digital campaigns at a B2B company. Additional experience as an individual contributor (at a vendor or agency) is desired
  • Experience with B2B programs and strategies, campaigns, instrumentation, and reporting as well as strong understanding of B2B digital marketing best practices
  • Experience managing tools/platforms such as Account Based Marketing (ABM), demand gen platforms, A/B testing, attribution, social media listening/promotion tools, and email marketing signature tools (Terminus).
  • Experience with leveraging intent data, firmographic/technographic data, retargeting, etc to reach intended audiences.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com and HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation systems like Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, etc...). The ability to build landing pages, workflows, programs, etc to support campaigns is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience working with media buying & placement and search campaigns, either directly or with agencies, including evaluating proposals and measuring results, retargeting, display, and related areas such as B2B social media advertising/promotion.
  • Good understanding of SEO/SEM principles and ensuring that campaigns adhere to them.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Capable copywriting skills (campaigns, headlines, body copy) required
  • Great attitude & teamwork are essential
  • Experience working in an early-stage, high-growth company
  • Experience in the security market is a plus (endpoint, next-gen firewall, IDS / IPS, network monitoring or something else relevant)
  • Bachelor’s degree, equivalent work experience or demonstrated expertise required
  • Functional testing will be part of the interview process

Notice of Pay Transparency:
The compensation for this position ranges from $159,000 - $193,000/year and may vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.  Depending on the nature and seniority of the role, a percentage of compensation may come in the form of a commission-based or discretionary bonus.  Equity and additional benefits will also be awarded.
