POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Technical Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and products. This role will have the opportunity to provide organization and leadership to technical teams and develop overall product strategy. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with and driving success for our customers.

YOU WILL

  • You will focus the platform team on solving problems that provide customer and business value
  • You will champion the team and make their highly technical work relatable to the rest of the organization
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features based on customer feedback and market trends
  • You will be responsible for reporting requirements based on designs and specifications
  • You will create and maintain a strategy and roadmap that maximizes the platform team's impact

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience in product management working with SaaS applications
  • Experience conceiving, scoping, and executing on technical platform features serving enterprise customers
  • Strong product management fundamentals including outcome-driven planning and a track record of close collaboration with development teams to achieve shared business goals
  • Ability to identify opportunities within the platform using data, metrics, and user feedback
  • Experience defining and executing on technical product roadmaps and driving product development from concept to launch, inclusive of go to market activities
  • You are naturally curious about technology and product management as a craft
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$150,000.00 - $175,000.00 annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location. In combination with base salary, Cordial's compensation package includes equity and bonus, a robust benefit plan (medical/dental/vision/life), 401k match, flexible time off.
