We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide key administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer as well as her Client Experience and Sales teams. You will provide assistance to our Chief Revenue Officer, allowing her to focus on the most important tasks at hand. The ideal candidate will be a polished, self-motivated, and detailed oriented individual who can demonstrate initiative, flexibility, teamwork and great judgment. This role presents the opportunity to be part of an organization poised for continued growth while partnering with a bright and passionate executive. This is a fully remote position supporting our CRO located in New Jersey.


  • Act as a strategic partner and work closely with the CRO with a variety of administrative tasks, including own the CROs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, as well as managing her inbox; assist the CRO in prioritizing daily tasks.
  • Provide support on oftentimes complex or confidential matters that will make the CRO more effective and efficient. Examples include, but are not limited to: Arranging travel plans and itineraries, setting agendas, note-taking during internal and external meetings, and assisting with occasional personal tasks.
  • Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of CRO with internal employees and external clients.
  • Organize team professional events, socials, team off-sites, partner events, meetings with clients, etc.
  • Support CE and Sales teams projects, and manage the progress of the resulting action items and to-dos.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve operational processes that’ll help Cordial scale.
  • Prepare and submit personal expenses and track CE and Sales teams event budgets.


  • 3+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support at the executive level in a high growth startup environment.
  • You can support a remote executive and fully remote team and have experience working across multiple time zones.
  • You are tech savvy. You have advanced knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • You have the desire to contribute to growing a company and willingness to help out wherever necessary; you value teamwork at all levels, while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with consistent attention to detail in composing and proofing written materials.
  • You have an extremely high level of discretion pertaining to confidential information; people trust your judgement and you know when to escalate concerns.
  • You don’t mind a little chaos. You have a track record of delivering phenomenal results in a dynamic, autonomous start-up environment. You have exceptional time management and organizational skills.
