As the VP of Product Management for Cordial, you will lead all product decisions as we enter into a significant phase of growth. This position will lead a team of product managers, directing overall product priorities and steering the future of the product to deliver on the business goals. Working closely with engineering, client experience, as well as sales and marketing teams, this role will function as the head of the product department and report to the Head of Product.

As a product visionary, this position should bring an understanding of cross-channel marketing and data platform products from the past along with open-mindedness and creativity about how next generation platforms can deliver more personal, relevant, and intelligent products for the future. You should have a strong familiarity with enterprise SaaS application design and the challenges of scaling a multi-faceted platform with extremely high volume and low latency data requirements.


  • Own, manage, and communicate Cordial's product strategy, as well as our product roadmap as a dynamic and living document.  Build consensus and clarity across departments around strategic product priorities for both short and long term horizons, ensuring growth and financial success.
  • Interact and empathize with our clients (and Client Advisory Board), developing an ongoing rapport in order to fully understand and identify Cordial's best opportunities to deliver meaningful value in fast and efficient iterations of product delivery.
  • Take a data driven approach to ensuring that all product ventures are desired by the market, are feasible from a technical perspective as well as viable and profitable from a business perspective.
  • Incorporate comprehensive analysis of the direct and indirect competitive landscape to inform our product strategy.  Work with Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience to disseminate this information.
  • Lead and manage several agile teams that are responsible for the ideation, research, strategy, definition, design/prototyping, validation, development, quality, delivery and testing (beta) of products and enhancements. Review product documentation and collateral; ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
  • Initiate and foster relationships with other departments; organize interdepartmental activities, ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule, within budget and with a strong clarity and comprehension of the value proposition across departments.
  • Manage and develop talent. Directly lead a team of product managers with a range of specializations; provide a supportive, inspiring, motivating, and empowered work environment for the existing product team. Mentor and lead team members with state of the art leadership strategies and day to day guidance of projects/plans. Continue to build the team by attracting top talent and retaining high performers.


  • BS or MS degree in computer science or another technical field.
  • 5+ years experience leading agile enterprise product teams as a product owner.
  • 5+ years experience leading virtual teams of product managers.
  • Demonstrated track record of 10+ years of software engineering, product development, product management in enterprise and consumer software products.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS deployment models.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data products, specifically in MarTech.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions.
  • Self-starter, motivated and ambitious. Ability to wear many different hats and work on multiple deliverables in parallel.
  • Great verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills, and able to present and document ideas in a concise and articulate manner.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate successfully outside of direct authority.
