We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Customer Experience team in Canada to deliver quality software implementations tailored to each client. This is a hands-on role working directly with our customers on site, you will have consultancy experience ideally in projects related to either engineering, analytics, or software development. You’ll be contributing to the design of future-state processes for some of the world’s largest companies, building complex valuation and risk models, and relied upon as an expert in a variety of fields.

Location:

Your role will be based between your home and client sites in the Americas (US, Canada, Latin America). You can expect to be on the road up to 50-60% of the time visiting clients. Your schedule and home location are flexible – balance your time to suit you!

The typical hiring range for this position is from $100,000 to $140,000 CAD annually + bonus and incentives. The base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our compensation package permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our company bonus program and equity offerings, subject to eligibility requirements. Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end software implementation process with our clients from scoping out requirements, system customization, integration and user training/workshops 
  • Work collaboratively with customers and partners at customer sites across [Region].
  • Conduct assessments on project capacities and timelines. 
  • Conduct implementation planning and setup activities for each stage of the project. 
  • Design business practices and procedures. 
  • Provide project-related insight and suggestions/advice to client and team members. 
  • Liaise with senior management and stakeholders on project details and timelines. 
  • Present strategic suggestions relating to the implementation of the projects. 
  • Identify, report, and resolve key project issues. 
  • Ensure that all project and implementation related documents are up to date. 

About You:

You’re a Consultant with 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following attributes:

  • You have customer facing consulting skills – you’re able to influence, advise, mediate and control scope.
  • You know how to drive the efforts of internal & external teams to consistently achieve project landmarks over a 3 month to year software implementation.
  • Your technical skills are matched with an understanding of business processes.
  • You have experience with software deployment technologies, networks and databases.
  • You are numerate with strong analytical skills and knowledge of operational research techniques such as simulation, optimization, failure rate modelling, cost benefit analysis.
  • You have a technical degree in Engineering or similar related subject.
  • You enjoy the consulting lifestyle – meeting new people, working with large organizations, able to respond to a multitude of challenges that makes a difference daily.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English required.
  • Spanish and/or French proficiency desired
