Location: Europe (Remote Working)

We’re looking for a Partner Ecosystem Director who will build out and manage our global strategic partner ecosystem with select SIs (system integration and consulting organizations) and ISVs (independent software vendors) to unlock new revenue streams.  

For the initial 12-24 months, you'll be the interim EMEA Partner Manager to build EMEA specific pipeline and support the successful close of existing opportunities with the regional sales teams and partners. This experience will be extremely valuable when you transfer fully in the Partnership Ecosystem Director role.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Champion and execute the global strategic partner strategy by laying out the vision of the Copperleaf partner program and making it real in phases with tangible business results 
  • You will leverage past experience to deliver an effective partner program across all regions and focus industries, including resolving any channel conflicts, incentive structures and tiered models 
  • Build and achieve partner business plans by collaborating closely with regional go-to-market teams 
  • Drive pipeline of partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to facilitate the joint-selling of our products  
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to expand advocacy and network connections within partner organizations such as systems integrators, channel partners, technology alliances, and consultancies.   
  • Build programmatic enablement into the strategic partner organizations in all regions and focus industries including planning and executing programs and campaigns to drive outsized mindshare and increasing Copperleaf training and certification  
  • Collaborate closely with internal regional go-to-market leaders to execute enablement activities and campaigns to drive pipeline and remove obstacles for key partner deals  
  • Work with partners and internal teams to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns and programs to enhance Copperleaf brand awareness  

Qualifications & Considerations  

  • Ideally, you have 8+ years of experience in a partner management role  
  • You have successfully built a partnership program for or with a SaaS company together with SI and ISV partners, and consistently achieved the business plan goals  
  • You have learned how to motivate SI and ISV partners to work with a SaaS company through structured and creative partnership programs 
  • You have tangible experience of managing channel conflicts amongst different partners  
  • You have a proven track record of leveraging partners to drive revenue growth and familiarity with consultative selling methodologies  
  • You are highly organised with project management skills 
  • You understand how to navigate complex organizations to help clients drive positive change both directly and indirectly through partners  
  • You’re a natural relationship builder; you can actively engage with stakeholders within your clients and partners to develop relationships at various levels  
  • You are a credible and trusted advisor  
  • You have strong communication, negotiation, influencing and project management skills
