We are seeking a Generative AI (GenAI) Engineer with a strong engineering background and a passion for leveraging large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Claude, and others to build cutting-edge AI applications. This role is pivotal in spearheading our AI initiatives and driving forward our strategic goals through the innovative use of AI technologies.
Responsibilities:

- Serve as the subject matter expert in generative AI and large language models.
- Lead the integration of LLMs into our products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and educate cross-functional teams on best practices and methodologies for working with LLMs and GenAI technologies.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI applications utilizing LLMs, ensuring they meet high standards of performance and reliability.
- Leverage frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AWS Bedrock and similar technologies to streamline and optimize AI development processes.
- Continuously explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, and trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience with a strong engineering background, knowledge in machine learning, and a passion for generative AI and LLMs.
- Proven experience working with LLMs and implementing AI solutions in real-world scenarios.
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages and familiarity with ML libraries.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective AI systems leveraging LLMs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a clear understanding of algorithmic design.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and similar technologies.
- Natural leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the food technology sector is a plus.
