The role:
We are seeking a full-time Menu Enablement Specialist with an entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of our Menu Item Development Process. This is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your professional development within a rapidly growing startup!
In this role, you will lead menu development prioritization by identifying bottlenecks, ensuring alignment with our monthly newness targets, and bridging the gap between our customers’ needs and our current offerings. You will enable cross-functional collaboration across the end-to-end supply teams, from brief development to launching new products. This role is a blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution, with a direct impact on the stability and scalability of our product.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of 700 menu items, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned at each stage and promptly addressing bottlenecks.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the development process to improve throughput and efficiency.
- Strategically manage new menu items launch by ensuring they meet segment needs, are ready to launch, and align with upcoming pipeline items.
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving, and constantly evolving high-growth environment
- Manage Food Cost budget for the different initiatives speeding up developing process.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience aligning cross-functional team members to complete projects within time constraints.
- Excellent project management skills with obsess to the detail, experience in process design is highly desired.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and project management tools; familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects and assignments while prioritizing effectively to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Since our HQ are located in NYC, an excellent level of English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields is desirable
