The role:

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll lead our efforts to attract top-tier talent. You'll partner with hiring teams across the organization, focusing on high-priority tech roles while managing diverse openings from engineering to product and data. Your expertise will be crucial in sourcing A+ candidates, particularly in the Argentina and US markets.

Your expertise and passion are to lead and own the full recruiting process from end to end (sourcing, scheduling, offers, and everything in between). You’ll help us attract values-aligned talent as well as develop, implement, and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies. The right person is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced hyper-growth culture, wears multiple hats, and is able to work with ownership and urgency in a highly ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for various roles across our teams, targeting exceptionally talented candidates with a growth mindset.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, offering valuable insights and feedback as a strategic business partner.
  • Articulate and communicate the compelling value proposition of CookUnity to prospective candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining consistent touchpoints and exemplary follow-through.
  • Become a trusted voice in difficult conversations that result in decision-making
  • Close the loop by extending offers, leading negotiations, and facilitating an amazing candidate experience.
  • Elevate the bar of the recruiting team by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

  • +6 years of IT Talent Acquisition Experience: Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting candidates for IT / Engineering roles (in Argentina and US) at all levels.
  • In-House Full-Life Cycle Recruiting: Demonstrated expertise in performing full-cycle recruiting, with a preference for in-house/product experience.
  • US-Centric Experience: Prior experience recruiting for companies headquartered in the US while collaboratively working with Hiring Managers based there.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with advanced/bilingual English proficiency.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems. Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Prioritization Skills: Ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing tasks.
  • Startup Enthusiast: Make things happen attitude.
  • Advanced Level of English.

Preferred requirements:

  • Market Awareness: A deep understanding of industry trends and talent market dynamics, allowing for proactive adjustments to recruitment strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Experience in employer branding strategies to attract top talent and elevate the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Analytical, motivated, quick learner, adept at multitasking, and resourceful.
