What we're looking for
Are you passionate about supporting creators and fostering a vibrant community? Join our team as a Chef Community Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in connecting with our talented chef partners and supporting our Chef Community programs. You will collaborate closely with our Senior Community Manager to uncover and amplify the incredible stories of our chefs. Your mission will be cultivating a strong sense of community, executing chef-related programs, and ensuring effective communication within our organization.
Responsibilities
Chef Engagement and Communication:
- Create newsletters and memos to share chef-related initiatives and successes.
- Be an expert on our chef community members.
- Support social and creative teams with chef communications and talent sourcing.
- Build rituals around celebrating important chef milestones, such as new meal debuts, awards, and anniversaries.
Systems Development and Program Maintenance:
- Execute our bi-annual Chef Engagement Survey and bi-monthly Chef Town Halls.
- Work to maintain and improve systems that support chef marketing enablement.
- Work cross-functionally to create toolkits or how-to’s.
- Track chef community participation and engagement.
- Ideate ways to elevate our chefs and have fun with our community!
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Marketing or Community Management experience.A track record of executing campaigns with community and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong copywriting and brief writing skills.
- Adept at building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes, and actively managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- A passion for chefs, entrepreneurship, and exploring the world through food.
