The role:
As a Semi Sr Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing key aspects of our treasury functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our Treasury Lead and other teams to support our financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
- Handle disputes related to credit card charges, working with vendors and financial institutions for resolution.
- Prepare cash flow projections to support operational planning and decision-making.
- Manage cash position and daily checkpoints to ensure alignment with planned burn rate and financial targets.
- Execute weekly payment processes, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Collaborate with the Treasury Lead on various treasury tasks and projects.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in other treasury-related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (+2 years) in treasury, finance, or accounting roles, with a focus on cash management and treasury operations.
- Strong proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems, with the ability to leverage technology for streamlined processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Effective communicator and team player capable of collaborating remotely.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Experience in handling stressful situations calmly and effectively.
