The Role
This role requires someone with strong analytical and technical skills, who is comfortable working across multiple functional areas in a high-growth environment. You will play a meaningful role in further developing our rapidly growing Data Analytics function.
Responsibilities
- Support our physical product strategy with data and insights in order to drive action and quantifiable business outcomes.
- Build models to predict customer behavior such as understanding what are the key ‘aha’ moments for a customer’s initial weeks with us.
- Partner with many departments across the company to scope key business questions and generate actionable insights and recommendations to drive product performance.
- Build, maintain and enhance weekly and monthly reporting to inform strategy.
- Develop automated dashboards to inform business decisions with an emphasis on automation and scalability.
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership using high-quality visualizations and concise messaging.
- Define, analyze and validate key metrics to improve decision-making processes and measure the success of diverse product initiatives.
- Support our app and web event tracking, collaborating with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in the analytics field.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL.
- Proven ability to identify revenue-generating insights, through complex analysis and engaging communication and storytelling.
- Proficient with business intelligence solutions (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Since our HQ is located in the USA, an excellent level of English is required.
- You enjoy working in small teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You are able to frame the right problem, generate and prioritize ideas, involving key stakeholders in the process.
Preferred requirements:
- Proficient in web analytics and web analytics tools (i.e., Adobe/Google Analytics, Event Tracking, Amplitude/Mixpanel/Heap).
- Understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts and practices (we use dbt and Snowflake).
- Statistical proficiency and knowledge in R or Python a plus.
