As a Senior Quality Service Analyst with Convera based in our Peterborough office, you will be collaborating effectively with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient support for project delivery. The individual will drive a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing processes and outcomes, ensuring lessons learned and best practices are implemented.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards by conducting thorough QA evaluations and audits to guide the Platform Operations team in decision-making processes.
- Regularly recommend procedural and process enhancements through strategic calibration sessions and determine quality assurance benchmarks to sustain high-quality output.
- Provide constructive feedback to specialists that is delivered to supervisors and managers to foster continual individual and team development
- Partner with Operations leaders and managers to promote alignment of cross-functional initiatives, prioritize opportunities, and where possible advise on resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary escalation point and align solution designs with organizational goals while maintaining global awareness and mindset.
- Develop and implement Key Risk Indicator strategies and processes to enhance reporting accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments using One Trust to identify potential areas of exposure within operational processes and reporting frameworks
- Assist functional owners of products and solutions with change impact activities, driving roadmap completion with Ops Tech teams.
You should apply if you have:
- High School Diploma / University Degree or equivalent level of qualification
- 2+ experience in cross-functional analytical review processes, Quality Assurance or Specialist role designated to monitoring and inspection of methods used in production processes, documenting procedures, conducting audits/testing/risk assessment support, and creating and implementing, process checklists, process standards and standard operating procedures is preferred
- Experience participating in projects, especially in a role that involves coordinating between teams and stakeholders
- Financial services, Operations or compliance functional experience is preferred but not essential
