We're looking for a creative and inspiring marketing executive to join our dynamic and fast paced marketing department.   

With a positive and proactive approach you’ll play a key role in progressing our customer focussed, content-led, campaigns and managing delivery across a number of our key brands and product offerings. Being hands-on with copy production and campaign execution will be a key part of the role.  

Marketing will become the engine for sales and through this role you will work closely to create and deliver sales collateral and assets which best showcase our product offer and ensure that we’re building rounded, multi-channel, campaigns to drive awareness of and engagement in our products and offers.

We have a couple of open Marketing Executive roles across Commercial Partner marketing and Small Events and Media Marketing. The below sets out responsibilities for both roles: 

Key responsibilities – Commercial Partner Marketing 

  • Produce compelling customer focussed, benefit led, copy and messaging, tailoring for channels and ensuring we’re delivering consistent campaigns across the channels we own  
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to acquire attendees and participants across our various products including resources, events, awards and communities.  
  • Create integrated campaigns which ensure we’re making best use of our channels including email, social, search, partnership, affiliate to successfully reach, acquire, convert and retain customers  
  • Own an event marketing plan for the products you work on ensuring clear, regular and accurate reporting of performance and tracking  
  • Management of design and creative solutions, ensuring collateral remains on brand and connects with the customer  
  • Create and deliver video and moving image as part of a standard campaign mix  
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve campaign performance – using metrics and insight to inform tactics and approach  
  • Obsess over data collection, storage and enrichment working closely with the data team to maintain and build a highly effective database.  

Key responsibilities – Small Events & Media Marketing Team

The Ideal Candidate  

  • 1-2 years hands on experience working across content led marketing & campaigns commercially focussed marketing campaigns 
  • Marketing Degree preferred   
  • Strong copyrighting and proof-reading skills – able to create messaging across channels and understand the fundamentals of storytelling to build a consistent narrative  
  • Experience with campaign planning and execution, proactively taking ownership for delivery  
  • Good knowledge of social media channels and techniques, with hands-on experience   
  • Knowledge of paid campaign setup and delivery  
  • Experience with email and marketing automation tools (ideally Marketo), with emphasis on customer journeys and creating connected experiences   
  • Experience in using video and moving image as part of campaign planning and delivery an advantage  
  • Understanding of how to create effective messaging which drives commercial return through generation of MQLs  
  • Experience in B2B event marketing working on a variety of event formats (large & small).  
  • Data driven with strong knowledge of best practices in maintaining a healthy and effective database.  
  • Able to prioritise competing demands against tight deadlines
