We’re looking for a curious, conscientious graduate with great communication skills and a strong interest in business (specifically finance) to join our fast growing business as a production consultant. This fast-track career pathway with ownership and autonomy from the start, will suit a candidate with an undergraduate in a business or finance specialism and an appetite to support the growth of a powerful business product.

Through thoughtful and extensive research, and the supportive of a world-class advisory board, you will build intimate and larger scale interactive programmes (delivered digitally) that delight the community; attract best-in-class practitioners, allowing them to solve business challenges and opportunities in real-time.

Your primary research will guide our internal product strategy and your programmes will revolutionise the finance profession.

Key Objectives

  • Carry out high quality primary research with C-Suite practitioners and thought leaders to develop a unique understanding of their key challenges and the opportunities that will progress their profession and the way they do business.
  • Thoughtfully qualify and select those forward-thinkers who are best place to guide these unique conversations, and coach them on approach and the creation of tangible outputs for the community.
  • Construct with your selected session-leaders and advisory board members, sessions that will allow the community to co-create radical new solutions to their challenges and new opportunities for their businesses.
  • Help guide your sales and marketing team’s strategy with in-depth research and a thorough understanding of your market.
  • Socialise your primary research and findings from your network, so that we can enhance our products and deliver more value to the community.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate relevant and innovative content to support the acquisition campaigns.
  • Manage your project deliverables to ensure schedules are met
  • Develop your networks with c-suite practitioners and nurture relationships with your advisory boards
  • Continually re-invent and test session formats that are innovative and interactive

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Can carrying out in-depth telephone and desk research
  • Articulate and creative copy writing skills with a high attention to detail
  • Exceptional project direction and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, deadlines, actions in a collaborative extremely fast-paced environment
