About the Role:
The Revenue Operations Manager reports directly to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and is part of the Revenue Operations team that focuses on providing financial and strategic analysis for go to market teams.
The individual will play a critical role in developing annual recurring revenue dashboards for go to market teams, reporting materials, and analyzing new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to establish a establish a culture of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in data collection, analysis, and management.
This is a hybrid role that will require 1 – 2 days per week in our Midtown Manhattan office near Grand Central.
Main job responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on all things sales; serve as the primary advisor to commercial teams on all go to market (GTM) operations
- Perform Salesforce administration for account requests, creation of opportunities, lead review, and general business troubleshooting
- Prepare for and facilitate weekly status meetings with GTM teams to review reporting on all sales activity: new business closed, trial conversions, open and past due renewals, and renewals churned
- Drive key reporting initiatives to provide insights on annual recurring revenue, change reports, key metrics, and overall trends
- Build dashboards to evaluate sales and growth metrics related to forecasting, progress to plan, and team goal attainment
- Review subscription contracts for opportunity approvals; develop thoughtful, data-driven recommendations to capture additional market share
- Continuously review pipeline to ensure team members are operating at peak capacity
- Ensure that actual data is recorded monthly for accurate reporting
- Maintain Salesforce and Hubspot data integrity (i.e., contact lists and email support)
- Support finance with monthly invoice reconciliation
- Provide ad hoc analysis as needed across multiple data sets
We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting finance and go to market teams with revenue operations
- Experience with Salesforce including financial reporting, understanding of automation, and data structures
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Financial analysis proficiency
- Proficient to advanced Excel skills, specifically with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Comfortable working with complex data sets
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and be challenged
- Strong verbal, written, listening and presentation skills
- A drive to exceed goals and a positive, proactive attitude to overcoming challenges

- Salary Range: 140,000 - 160,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
