Position Summary

Become part of Consumer Edge’s Partnerships Team in Europe. This position will be within Consumer Edge GmbH based in Berlin, Germany. Join a fast-growing global data insights business to support the Director Partnerships Europe in maintaining our relationships with our data partners and approach new ones. Work with our Product and Tech Team to build new products. Are you excited by the possibilities that data creates for businesses? Do you enjoy approaching new partners in a B2B setting? Do you like to dig deep into new topics? If so, then the “Partnerships Manager (f/m/d)” role is the one for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage conversations and relationships with current data partners and have the opportunity to identify new relevant players for partnerships
  • Identify the needs of our data partners
  • Collaborate with our product team in finding effective ways to build and improve (new) products and coordinate in obtaining the necessary materials for our partners
  • Have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other departments
  • Attend conferences and client meetings
  • Look into new data categories and maintain a market overview
  • Report directly to the Director Partnerships Europe and work closely with the C-Level management

What You’ll Have:

  • A Bachelor degree in business management or related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in fintech and / or banking in at least one of those roles: partnerships, sales, business development, venture building, consulting
  • Understand working in a data environment and are able to put yourself into the partner’s shoes
  • Project management skills and strong relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and have strong organizational skills
  • Fascinated by the impact that data creates and understanding technical aspects comes easy to you
  • Enjoy working on several topics in parallel and switch in-between throughout the day
  • Team player attitude but also comfortable working independently
  • Resilience, empathy and know how to communicate on different levels and can adapt to different target groups
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish)
  • Open to travel frequently within Europe, e.g. to attend conferences
  • Don’t have experience in all of the above? No problem! We will be happy to support you in one area or another
