Position Summary

CE’s Talent Acquisition Associate will play a significant role in supporting the hiring efforts for our rapidly evolving organization in our commercial business domains such as Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Insights. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, this individual will serve as a generalist to help drive the strategy and execution in sourcing and recruiting top talent but also as the team’s operational resource when it comes to maintaining the ATS, employer branding, scheduling & candidate experience, and reporting. As part of the Talent Acquisition Team and one of the earlier members of a newly established department, you will have the opportunity to closely partner with numerous stakeholders and be a thought leader for hiring best practices, new initiatives, and process improvements, while also providing administrative support to the TA team. What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the Director, Talent Acquisition to source and hire top talent within numerous business areas across the organization
  • Create and execute on effective candidate pipeline building and sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn and other social outreach platforms, demonstrating an ability to creatively engage talent
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and properly understanding their hiring needs
  • Collaborate closely with the TA team and Director, Talent Acquisition on best practices, hiring plan management, pipelining, and process improvements
  • Establish creative employer branding strategies for CE and impactfully be able to sell CE and the firm’s story
  • Efficiently use, improve and maintain our ATS (Greenhouse) for scheduling interviews, managing job postings, candidate pipeline and reporting various recruitment metrics
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with HR and other departments as necessary for new hire onboarding
  • Support TA for any other ad-hoc or high-priority projects, initiatives and hiring as necessary

What You’ll Have:

  • BA/BS Degree with minimum 3 years in recruitment coordination, project management, and full-life recruiting (high-growth & fast-paced work environment experience a plus)
  • Strong collaborative and teaming-oriented mindset; ability to work effectively with internal team and cross-functionally with various stakeholders in understanding hiring needs for the business
  • Knowledge, self-sufficiency, and experience building a pipeline of talent and utilizing creative and effective sourcing techniques & platforms
  • Comfortable utilizing and training company members on our ATS (Greenhouse) and being the primary point of contact for all database administrative responsibilities
  • Experience working in a high-growth organization with multiple competing priorities and being comfortable with ambiguity
  • Top-level innovative & critical thinking, strong written & verbal communication
  • A passion for policy & process, project management, and having a results-driven & organized approach
  • Demonstrate pragmatism when advising business partners on hiring challenges and solutions
  • Adaptability to ever-changing demands
