The role you'll play:
The Consumer Edge Customer Success Associate is responsible for supporting CE’s Sales & Customer Success teams, optimizing the sales process and client experience. The CSA will support CE’s teams throughout the entire sales & business cycle including prospecting, contract signature, client training/onboarding, renewals, and more.

Customer Success is a fast-growing function at Consumer Edge, with the Director of Customer Success joining to build & lead the team in Q3 2021. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first Customer Success Associate hire at a company that prioritizes building differentiated datasets & products that serve customers’ needs.

The CSA will have a unique opportunity to influence many aspects of CE’s business, take on new responsibilities, and work with Customer Success, Sales, and Revops directors for career advancement opportunities.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a select group of CE’s customers
- Maintain relationships with and own processes with CE’s 3rd party vendors
- Own user setup process for CE’s products & assist the Sales & Customer Success teams with key accounts
- Work with the Director of Customer Success to assist with renewal processes for select accounts
- Partner with the Director of Customer Success to build new training materials & resources for CE’s customers
- Play an active role in the assessment, implementation, and use of tools such as a customer-facing help desk, FAQ guides, in-app training guides, and more

We’re looking for someone with:
- B.S. or B.A. in finance, business management, economics, or similar field of study
- 1+ year(s) of experience working in tech and/or with investor clients
- An interest in pursuing a career in client-facing roles
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Research, Marketing, Product, etc.)
- You’re driven; no obstacle is too difficult to overcome, and no one needs to push you to excel
- A passion for SaaS products, data, financial services, or B2B technology
