About Revenue Operations at CE & The Role You’ll Play:

Revenue Operations is a newly established team at Consumer Edge that primarily focuses on database management & analysis in order to provide more informed and strategic decisions for our GTM teams. The Consumer Edge Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in providing operational and administrative support to our GTM teams. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, this person will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our client data, providing reporting on revenue metrics, and being the super admin for Salesforce. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible impact by supporting a rapidly growing organization and is driven by operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Super Admin for Salesforce: handling account requests, creation of opportunities, and troubleshooting database issues
  • Maintain salesforce reports & dashboards
  • Provide regular reporting on key revenue metrics & account activity
  • Create and maintain documentation and tracking of Salesforce processes to utilize as a company resource
  • Work cross functionally and serve as a liaison with GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Insights)
  • Ad-hoc data analysis and project coordination support as needed across multiple data sets

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 1-3 Years of work experience, preferably working with data & supporting a sales function
  • Proficient to advanced Excel skills, specifically with pivot tables & VLOOKUP
  • Comfortable working with data sets at various complexity levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with an ability to multitask and be adaptable to ever-changing demands
  • Ability to work independently and confident working with others, especially upward management
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and be challenged
  • Experience or working knowledge with CRMs (Salesforce A plus) and can be a quick learner
  • Experience with SaaS A plus
