The role you'll play: 

The Executive Assistant at CE will be responsible for streamlining and successfully organizing/prioritizing the CEO and CRO’s time to ensure smooth execution of their goals. The ideal person for this role will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The day-to-day for this role will be ever-changing and the person in this role will need the ability to change along with it.  

Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide full support to our CEO/CRO: managing company and personal details while maintaining full discretion and confidentiality.
  • Organize and maintain the CEO and CRO calendars and strategically structure their schedule to ensure they are on time and prepared for every meeting. Organize all agendas and materials as needed and circulate as needed. Attend necessary meetings to capture all actions & next steps to send in a follow up email to all attendees.
  • Coordinate and oversee all travel (domestic and international) including all necessary documentation for both executives.
  • Liaison with internal teams and external business contacts to establish seamless communication.
  • Plan and coordinate onsite and offsite events for the leadership team and assist with events management.
  • Be a resource for the CEO/CRO staff; answer or direct inquires, troubleshoot issues, embed yourself into the organization, and become a reliable point of contact for key players.
  • Work with necessary internal and external stakeholders to prepare and deploy key communications (announcements, corporate memos, all-staff meetings, etc.) on behalf of CEO/CRO.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting C- level employee(s)
  • Prior experience working at an early-stage technology company or similar fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Expert experience in Microsoft Office Suite/Zoom
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills
  • Excellent project and time management skills, resourcefulness, flexibility, attention to detail, unrivaled work ethic, and ability to collaborate with others and thrive in a fast-paced environment
