We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience in the construction industry. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness and generate leads for both our SaaS and Financial products.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with Constrafor's marketing goals and target audience.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including but not limited to website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct thorough research on construction industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content creation and strategy.
  • Manage content calendar and production schedule to ensure timely delivery of content initiatives.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and lead generation purposes to maximize organic reach and conversions.
  • Track and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and tools, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies tailored to the construction industry, aligning with our target Subcontractor audience and business goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling content and resources, such as blog posts, case studies, webinars, and more, to engage with Enterprise General Contractors and SMB trade partners.

📈 Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • A creative and skilled writer who isn’t afraid who tackle a blank page head on.
  • Visionary thinker with the ability to translate ideas into clear and compelling content.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of design principles and basic graphic design skills.
