We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our revenue-generating processes, improving our sales operations, and driving efficiency across the department. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, credit, finance, and account management teams to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and maximize revenue growth of our Early Pay Program.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue-generating processes, including lead management, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and deal management.
  • Assist in building out and tracking sales performance analytics.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, optimizing lead generation and conversion.
  • Work closely with the finance team to track revenue metrics, analyze financial data, and forecast revenue projections.
  • Partner with the account management team to identify opportunities for maximizing lifetime value of existing clients.
  • Refine existing playbooks and processes that will help improve sales performance and productivity.
  • Drive efficiency and automation initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability.

📈 Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, preferably in a B2B Fintech startup environment.
  • Proven track record of optimizing revenue-generating processes, driving efficiency, and maximizing revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a bias towards action.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Hubspot) and detailed understanding of Excel modeling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
